The restaurant menu boasts several specialities such as handmade “chitarra” spaghetti with meat sauce and tagliatelle with mushroom and black truffl e sauce, both made using egg pasta, “sagnette” and beans with tomato and basil, and gnocchi with goose sauce. Main courses include excellent char-grilled meats and stuffed or roast rabbit with local greens. For vegetarians there are vegetable soups, soups made using locally grown spelt, grilled cheeses, roast salted cod with peppers and grilled vegetables.
